Before you start, you have to decide where your parting is going to be. This guide is for a look without a parting. Start by sectioning a section off in the back, and pin away the rest of your hair. (The section should be around 2cm. thick) 2. High, low or in between? Now you have to choose where you want your ponytail to be. This guide is for a low ponytail. Spray Oribe Maximista from the roots and halfway down, in the small section. 3. Take the comb and comb the small section sleek and perfect against the back of your head. This is the step that makes all the difference, as it allows you to control the bumps from appearing. 4. Do step nr. 3 in the rest of the hair. 5. When everything is sleeked back, you take one hand around the tail, and in the other hand you have the comb. Do the final combing until it sits perfectly – do not let go of the tail at any time. 6. Attach the tail with a hair elastic. 7. Straighten the ends if necessary with a flat iron. 8. Finish off the look with Kérastase Laque Couture hårspray, to remove any baby hairs.
